I am not a licensed financial advisor, broker, or investment manager. I am an individual algorithmic trader and software developer. You are solely responsible for your own trading decisions and any resulting gains or losses.

2. No guarantee of results

All backtest results, performance metrics, and historical data presented on this site are based on past market conditions. Past performance is not indicative of future results. Live trading results may differ significantly from backtested results due to:

• Slippage and order execution differences
• Spread variations between brokers
• Market liquidity changes
• Real-world latency vs. simulated execution
• Different market regimes (volatility, correlations, regulations)
• Broker-specific quoting and pricing differences

3. Backtest limitations

All backtests shown on this site are conducted in MetaTrader 5 Strategy Tester using historical data from specific brokers (typically IC Markets or Roboforex demo accounts). These results are subject to inherent limitations:

• Historical data quality varies by broker and time period
• Spread and commission models in backtests may not match live conditions
• Curve-fitting risk: results may be optimized to historical data and underperform live
• Strategy Tester does not simulate real-world latency, requotes, or partial fills

4. Free EAs specific disclaimer

The free EA (JARA ORB) is provided as a complimentary tool for clients of partner brokers. By using it, you acknowledge:

• I make no guarantees about live trading performance

• I may discontinue, modify, or revoke authorization at any time
